Joseph and Maria Joachim settled in Lindau. They built this home and it remains in the family today. The Joachims of Lindau remained in contact with their family in Unterbissingen/Bissingen. They traveled to Unterbissingen when they could, and sent their children to spend time with Grandparents Josef and Josefa Joachim, at Unterbissingen house #12, in the summer.
