Frank Robins per grave headstone and obituary born 1864 was born on 5 August 1863 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.1,2,3 He and his family lived in a house at Fort and Ninth streets, in St. Clair. The house was purchased by his mother, Olive Robin in 1876. Olive Robin moved her family from Montreal, to Mooretown, Ontario and then to St. Clair, on 5 Apr 1865, where she changed the family name from Robeau to Robins. Frank Robins became a U.S. Citizen in 1965.4 He married Mary Annie Joachim, daughter of Franz Xaver Joachim and Maria Theresia Neurührer, on 6 October 1891; Celebrated Golden Wedding Anniversary on 6 Oct 1941 with family and friends.5,6,7,3 Frank Robins worked at Diamond Crystal Salt Company and Whitting & Bushnell Hardware and Plumbing in 1900. Letters indicate he was a honest and valuable worker with integrity. He founded, in 1919, Frank Robins & Son, a plumbing business in St. Clair. His son, George was a partner. He became a U.S. Citizen through the U. S. Department of Labor, Naturalization Service. Declaration of Intention. on 28 January 1920 in Michigan, USA.8 He and Mary Annie Joachim lived in St. Clair, Michigan, USA.
